Daniel Tay knows no bounds when it comes to spreading his love for anything and everything sweet. A graduate of the prestigious UFM International Baking Institute, Daniel was trained in France as a pastry chef before returning to Singapore to start Bakerzin.

Driven by an insatiable passion for baking and a desire to introduce quality pastry and desserts to Singaporean, Daniel started Bakerzin. Hence, he wrote the book to educate and inspire budding dessert chefs by sharing his simple, uncomplicated philosophies behind making the perfect dessert.
